From safety training to a verified career outcome
A structured 3-month pathway that takes you from training, through supervised practical placement, to employer interviews, all under one accountable programme team and transparent eligibility from day one.
WHY SCAP IS DIFFERENT
A defensible bridge from training to work
Most training ends at the certificate. SCAP is built to keep going, connecting training, real site exposure and employer access into one measured journey.
Eligibility first
Every candidate is screened against the current DOSH-recognised route before we sell an outcome, so what we offer you is accurate to your situation from the start.
Integrated delivery
Training, practical site exposure, interview preparation and employer coordination run under one accountable programme team, not four separate providers.
Proof, not promises
Attendance, assessment and placement progress are tracked and reported at 30, 60 and 90 days, so you always know exactly where you stand.
TWO ENTRY TRACKS
Matched to where you're starting from
We segment by regulatory eligibility before enrolment. You'll always know exactly which track applies to you and what it includes.
Competency-Ready
For candidates who already meet a current DOSH-recognised Site Safety Supervisor eligibility route.
- Registered-provider course and examination pathway
- Practical site exposure matched to your experience
- Employer interview coordination
- Course completion, exam result and registration support reported separately, per DOSH requirements
Career Foundation
For SPM leavers and career changers who do not yet meet an SSS registration route.
- Safety foundation modules and selected certificates where eligible
- Supervised site exposure to build real experience
- Career coaching and entry-role interview opportunities
- A documented progression plan toward regulated competency
SCAP is a structured career-entry pathway with a documented progression plan. It is not a guarantee of registration, salary or employment, and we'll always tell you plainly which outcomes are contracted and which depend on your own eligibility and performance.
THE SCAP JOURNEY
Three months, one clear path
Every cohort moves through the same three stages, each closing out before the next one opens.
Month 1: Train
Track-specific classroom modules covering safety fundamentals, legislation and the practical tools your role needs.
Month 2: Apply
Supervised practical placement on a real site, matched to your readiness, with welfare and safety controls in place throughout.
Month 3: Place
Resume and interview coaching, then direct interview coordination with employers in our network, plus ongoing outcome tracking.
