Our Story
Horizon Institution Sdn Bhd works with multinational companies across the region, and every project we've completed has closed with a zero accident record. We're based in Meru, Klang, and from there we deliver safety training and consultancy across Malaysia.
We're a training and consultancy company built around Safety, Health and Environmental practice. Our approach starts with the legal requirements your business has to meet under DOSH and the Occupational Safety and Health Act, then goes further: we help your people genuinely understand how to manage health, safety and environment on the ground, not just on paper.
We work across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, chemicals, healthcare, container terminals, and architecture, engineering and construction. Every service we offer is grounded in a mix of practical fieldwork and measurable standards, and we give our people real ownership over the work, because that's what it takes to make a genuine difference in this industry.
