About this programme
A practical one-day programme that builds employee confidence in fire prevention, alarm response, evacuation support and safe use of portable fire extinguishers.
Participants learn the fundamentals of fire behaviour, fire classes, prevention measures and early-stage response. The training explains when to raise the alarm, evacuate and only attempt extinguisher use when conditions are safe, with practical demonstrations tailored to the client's workplace where possible.

Entry requirements
- Physically and mentally fit for practical activities
- Able to follow emergency instructions
- Suitable attire and required PPE
- Previous fire-safety experience is helpful but not mandatory

Certificate of Training/Attendance upon successful completion.
No universal statutory expiry for a general awareness certificate; annual drills or refresher training are recommended based on workplace risk and emergency plans.
General workplace fire-safety training. Do not imply Fire and Rescue Department certification unless that agency is formally involved in the exact programme.
