About this programme

Equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, implement, monitor and report construction traffic-management activities safely and effectively.

This programme prepares Traffic Management Officers to plan, set up and oversee traffic control arrangements on construction and public-road work zones. Participants learn how to interpret a traffic management plan, position signage and barriers correctly, coordinate with banksmen and site personnel, monitor traffic flow for emerging hazards, and record and report traffic-management activities accurately.
